The Texas Rangers are a specialist Law Enforcement division within Texas. They deal with serious crime throughout the state and assist other law Enforcement agencies with their duties. 
Their iconic look of dressing in 'Westerns' may be disarming, but their capabilities should not be underestimated.

One Ranger carries a pistol on his gun belt, with cuffs and magazines, while his partner has donned a plate carrier, and gun belt for more volatile encounters. He carries a suppressed M4, with a holographic sight.
